Is it fillable on a computer?
No. It is a printable PDF made to fill in by hand. Some pages are marked "Print as needed" so you can print extra copies.
Does it work for any branch?
Yes. It uses the common PCS terms, like HHG, PPM, DLA, and TLE/TLA, and it is not tied to one branch.
Does it work for an overseas PCS?
Yes. The shipment plan covers UB and NTS, and the pets PCS plan includes overseas moves. Always follow the rules on your orders and from your transportation office.
Will it tell me what I am entitled to?
No. It gives you a place to track what you expect and what you receive. Your orders, transportation counseling, and finance office set the actual amounts.
