Set it up in an afternoon

Estimate your costsFill in the Estimate column on the PCS Budget tab with your best guess for each of the 18 categories.
Log every expenseAdd one line per purchase on the Expenses tab, mark it reimbursable or not, and note whether you saved the receipt.
Track what comes backEnter the amounts from your orders, counseling, and finance office on the Entitlements tab, then fill in what you receive.
Check the dashboardDoing a PPM? Add your weight tickets and estimated incentive. The dashboard shows where everything stands.

This is a digital download. After checkout you get your download link right away and by email. Open the spreadsheet in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. Nothing ships.

Frequently asked

Does it calculate my entitlements?

No. Entitlement rates change and depend on your orders, rank, and dependents. You enter the amounts from your orders, counseling, and finance office, and the spreadsheet tracks expected vs. received.

How does the PPM estimate work?

You enter the estimated incentive from your counseling and a tax withholding rate from your finance office. The tracker subtracts withholding and the PPM costs from your Expenses tab. It is a rough planning number, and your final payment depends on actual weight and approved paperwork.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. It also works in Microsoft Excel. Other apps, like Apple Numbers, may not show the charts or dropdowns correctly.

I am not doing a PPM. Is it still useful?

Yes. Skip the PPM Tracker tab and use the budget, expenses, entitlements, and HHG inventory.

Can I keep paper copies too?
