Digital Products

All LAND + HOME products are digital unless specifically stated otherwise. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded after purchase and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review the product description and included files carefully before completing your purchase.

Buyer's Command Center: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Manufactured Home + Land Buyer's Command Center comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't help you plan your purchase, email hello@landandhometools.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund the full purchase price, including any add-ons bought at the same checkout. You don't need to give a reason.

This guarantee applies only to the Buyer's Command Center. Our other products follow the policy below.

Problems With Your Order

We want our products to work as described.

If you:

  • Receive the wrong file
  • Are unable to access a purchased file
  • Receive a damaged or corrupted file
  • Experience a technical issue with a LAND + HOME product

please contact us and provide your name, order information, product purchased, and a brief description of the problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate technical or delivery issues.

Change of Mind

Because our products are digital and can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, we generally cannot provide refunds for:

  • Changing your mind after purchasing
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Deciding you no longer need the product
  • Failing to read the product description before purchasing
  • Not using the purchased product
  • Expecting features that were not included in the product description

Duplicate Purchases
