Frequently asked

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. It also works in Microsoft Excel. There are no macros or add-ins.

Which booking platforms does it handle?

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct bookings, and an Other option. You set each platform's fee percentage in Settings.

Does it track more than one property?

It's set up for one rental. Use a separate copy for each property.

Is it hard to use?

You type in the cream cells. Everything else calculates, and the filled example shows how a full year looks.

How do I get the files?

Right after checkout you get a download link on screen and by email.
