The problem
A mobile home has more to keep an eye on
Belly wrap, skirting, heat tape, roof seams, tie-downs, and leveling all need regular attention, and most home maintenance binders never mention them. Many parts are also different in a mobile home, so the wrong-size door, window, or water heater is a common reason a repair stalls. This binder gives you a simple monthly and seasonal rhythm with mobile home tasks built in. It also keeps your data plate details, shutoffs, warranties, and service providers in one place.

- Mobile home owners on their own land or in a community
