What does it cost?
Your first home is free. After that, founding reps pay $19/month for unlimited homes (regular price $29), and that price stays locked as long as you're a member. Cancel anytime.
Can I put all my homes on it?
Yes. You get one page with your whole lineup, and each home also has its own link to paste under that home's video.
What happens when a home sells or a price changes?
You update it in a simple edit screen, or mark the home sold. No new graphics to make.
Will buyers see my name?
Yes. Every page shows your name, your dealership, and a button to contact you. Leads go to you, not to us.
Are the numbers a quote?
No. The page shows estimated ranges and clearly tells buyers to get written quotes. You set the ranges you usually see in your area.
I already use an auto-DM tool like ManyChat. Do I still need this?
They work together. Your auto-DM sends the message, and your Cost Breakdown link is what it sends. Set the reply to your link, and every “price” comment gets the full all-in cost and a way to text you, instead of just the sticker price. We give you the auto-DM message to paste in.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. Send a photo of your price sheet and we set it up. You copy and paste the link.
Does it work for single-wides and land-home packages?
Yes. Any home you sell can be on your page, with or without land.
